I'm gaining weight!

Ok so, over the past 2 years i've jumped from 150 to 188-ish and it sucks. Summer just started and I am looking to loose 15-20 lbs before school starts back up. The thing is I just never maintain a steady diet and workout routine...

I NEED MOTIVATION

Ha ha, you're talking to the guy that just jumped off a bridge into water naked about 4 hours ago in front of about 6 people. I may not be gigantic but I got nothing to hide. Until I got out of the cold water...

On the weight thing, just think about when you were 150 and how much better you felt and think about how much you want that back. Then work for it.

I'm the opposite of you. Thanks to relationship problems I lost about 10-15 pounds and I'm working on gaining them back and getting what little muscle structure I had back instead of being so damn skinny.

Metalgear, I would advise, start small. I used to do like 100 push ups/sit ups and get sore as fuck, and then not work out for a week, and then do 100 more. I was over-exerting myself!

Start with a small, simple regimen. Easy to stick to. 20 push-ups, 10 sit ups. Easy.

Start with just three days a week then move it up to five. If you're embarrassed to go to the gym or can't afford a membership pick up a couple of videos. I recommend Tae Bo or something similar. It can be fun as well as slowly working you into the hardcore workouts that are really effective. All you need to do is find something that you can enjoy doing that will also be exercise.

It's not too much of a blessing. I don't have an appetite and I use more energy swimming, running, skating, and being active than I gain from eating. I have to force myself to eat sometimes for the sake of my health.

I remember tae bo. It taught me how to kick someone's ass while doing jazz hands. My two cents is, if you can afford the membership, bite the bullet and hit the gym. No one should give you any flack about it. Gyms are to help people get in shape and stay in shape...no matter where you are in that spectrum. Granted, some people use the gym as a place to prance around like muscle-bound peacocks, but that's not really what they're for.

If you're into the outdoors scene, and live near some good trails, try taking in some scenery and fresh air sometime.

Why take it to B&T if he already burned himself?

I can't think of anything gayer than a guy that needs to use a magnifying glass to find his penis....Except a guy that would borrow another guy's penis magnifier.

I guess gaining weight is the least of his problems.
