I'm four weeks along and my mother in law was asking about symptoms the other day?

and i told her i had slight cramps, back aches, and have been coughing like crazy. she told me those were not good signs at all and were signs of a miscarriage is this true, it made me all worried and pretty mad at the same time.
 
No they are totally normal symptoms she doesn't know what she is talking about. Unless you have very bad cramps and bright red bleeding you do not need to worry about miscarriage.

Not yet another one of these "I am a very special women, of the kind to make, pop and bring up perfect offspring" mother-in-law...

My one is part of that exclusive club. Another criteria to belong is that you must be dumb and enjoy talking out of your a$$!
 
the cramp of a miscarrige is bad when u cant stand it they are unbarely, so when u start to bleed and there are clothes then that some of the signs of miscarriage...
 
lower back pains, and lots of bleeding,fever losing some of the pregnancy symptoms like breast tenderness can be signs of a miscarriage. if u are worried id call ur doctor but i don't think coughing has anything to do with miscarriages.
