should I pay attention to? My uncle passed down his 88 Centurion Elite RS road bike to me. I'm going to sand it down and paint it a nice yellow. Besides that, what other repairs should I look into? It's been out of use for a while now. Any typical rust spots I should pay attention to and would a tune up at a bike shop be worth the money?
