provider. How can I find it? I need to find out a restaurant's insurance provider but they won't give it to me. How can I find it? I told them I was allergic to nuts and not to put them on my dish, but they did anyways and I didn't see them since they were ground up and put in a sauce. I had an awful allergic reaction and I plan on suing them for negligence and pain and suffering. Any tips or info?

Step 1: File the lawsuit
Step 2: Once they respond to the lawsuit, continue with ...
Step 3: Discovery - request a copy of the insurance policy

Ta-da

Sorry but you need to take some personal responsibility. It's completely common for special orders not to be made as the customer wishes. It's some dude with limited English skills making $7.25 an hour who was making your order. If you know you are allergic to nuts, WHY would you order something that's made with nuts, expecting the restaurant to make the correct special order?!?!

Of course, you will win your lawsuit but you could have completely avoided the situation but not ordering this dish.
