I've been exercising everyday for the past week or so. I've been running for half an hour everyday and doing weights/strength training every second night.I'm also eating vegies/salads twice a day with meals, I don't drink anything but water or occasionally milk and I don't eat salty things. But the scales say I've gained 2 kg! I am 162cm and used to weigh 54kg at my best weight, but now I've jumped up to 56.
I know this could be muscle, but I want to lose it not gain it. Is there any way to lose it as well as build lean muscle? Thanks!
