im drug free and i dont drink. i watch what i eat and im trying to lose

weight to feel better health wise.? i try so hard to lose weight and feel healthier and i still get anxiety or pannic attacks and feel fatigue. why am i feeling like this? can it be stress or is this part of the process? i just wanna be normal again.i got fired from work and all of this started happening to me.its just scarry sometimes. the only reason i get by is cause i have god first in my life cause h never forgets us.
 
1) Firt think is you never eat suger .
2) you never slip in after noon 12am to 4am.
3) you play out door games .
4) you get up early in morning after that you drink warm (some thinking hot) water 2 glass.
5) you eat green a cheely with lunch & dinner.

And you see after 2 or 3 month .
