relation to Italian culture.? The Question is: What are the specific needs of guests in a restaurant/bar or hotel from an Italian background. I need to answer this question in relation to how they would be greeted, are there any foods that would not be recommended, are there any foods/spices they may request and what are the cultural do's and don'ts.
