If you can find one look for an open studio and just practice on your moves things you remember. You also may want to run a bit just to get back into shape and be able to do what you could do before.

Stretch Stretch Stretch!!! stretching every day or even a few times a week until classes start will help you tremendously. It will get your muscles limber again. if you don't stretch you are likely to pull a muscle or get injured when you begin dancing again.
If you have a gym membership, do some cardio workouts or aerobics classes a few times a week. This will get your heart a-pumpin and back in shape. if you don't have a membership, try jogging around the neighborhood or doing an online/DVD workout show. Anything to get your heart rate up will help prepare you for class
Maybe review some basic technique online (pirouettes, leaps, kicks, etc..) so that the terminology is fresh on your mind for your first class.
