Hate Speech a Right".? I am on the con side for this debate topic. I do not think that Hate Speech is a right. I do believe that people can have Freedom of Expresion, but they should not abuse it to the point that they are hurting other people mentally or emotionally. I am looking for cases and/ or different (accurate) website that will help me support my side of the argument. I've been looking, but cant find anything that i need.
