...Description...? Ok I'm about to do this 90 day home fitness program called P90X (some of you may of heard of it). It's suppose to get you a muscular 6-pack abs in 90 days (1 hour a day). I'm gonna start using it on June 20th. The only problem is somewhere around July or August I have Cross Country. I'm afraid that the sport would interfere my program. So how should I settle it? Should I do both the same time or take breaks. Do you think doing it the same time would get me results quicker? Because running and lifting are like 2 different fundamentals.
