I'm decorating a room as a lounge for me and my friends, what colors should I use?

I'm a 13 year old girl. Soon to be 14. And I want to know what are some good color to use. I'm going to have a tv, desk, loveseat, wii, and things like that in there. What colors should I use to brighten the room and make it more girly. I don't want a pink or purple room. I already have a pink room and a purple bathroom. So what colors should I use for it?
 
Black, white, and yellow! That way, as you get a little older, it will still look great. Paint your desk white. Cover your loveseat in white. The wii is already white. Get yellow and black pillows. Paint the room yellow. Add a black and white damask rug. Pretty lampshades with faux crystals.

It would be so pretty!
