I'm Curious about Blood Donation?

Let's say a Pure Chinese Man had an accident. He lost a lot of blood!! He is in need of blood immediately. But a good thing is, His Friend, An American donated blood for him.

And So?? Will that make the Chinese man partly American?

Well, I'm not stupid. I just want to know what you guys think about this matter.
