i am cooking a corned beef silver side for the first time its a 2kilo silver side and im not sure if it is ready i put it on at 4:00 and it is now 5:45 and if it is not cooked will it cook faster if i cut it into smaller pieces please help me!!!!!!
i did put onion, carrot and garlic with beef stock, i was asking what the quickest way i could cook it like would i still be ok if i chopped it into smaller piece's!!! but its ok because i chopped it into 6 smaller piece's and is very yum but thank you anyways
