im cooking a five coarse meal for 10 people, what should i make?

Totally depends on what you and they like. How do you know it's going to be five courses if you don't even know what you are making. What is the occasion? That will have an impact on the type of food. Will there be children there? Is everyone the same ethnic background?
 
First = Baked sweet yam chips with apriocot dip and dusted sugar. Duck crepe with garlic aioli mayonaisse.

Second = Chicken noodle soup.

Third = Shrimp caesar salad with mesculn

Four = Fried cornish chicken breast, orange and balsamic glaze reduction, and fig stuffing.

Fifth = Japlopenos blueberry cheesecake (made with bree, and marcopone cheese)
 
i want a variety of different foods, ie fish meat veg, also different culture. there is alot riding on this so please help.
