and he's asking $500. I got a 4 point speeding ticket an hour and a half away from home and I really can't afford the drive to the courthouse. I contacted a laywer who says they would take care of everything and I wouldn't even have to appear in court. He charges a flat rate of $500 for the job. I have a bad driving record and I'm trying to keep it clean of course, but this would be double what the ticket would cost should I choose to accept... does it ever come any cheaper than this?
