Im changing my rollerblade wheels from indoors to outdoors and i need to know...

...a few things? i currently own a pair of in-line roller blades, im a frequent skater on ice and on wheels outside but i am changing my wheels from the rubbery indoor wheels to outdoor wheels as they just get chewed up

the answers i need are,

will i be skating any differently
will it be harder to do tricks
does the grip go from normal rubbery indoor wheels outside
best way to stop apart from doing hockey turns
