Im buying a car from someone on craigslist. We worked out a payment agreement for a Hyundai Tiburon 2003 model. I have to pay 300 down and then 250 a month for however many months. In total the car is 4800. I dont know if the cars taxes have been paid, so if it hasnt do i have to pay it when he signs the title over or does he? and how much will it be? also does it cost anything to have the title signed over? and he said the title was clean, but if it wasnt would i have to pay anything for that? please help! im going to look at the car tomorrow.
