I'm buying 20" rims, I need all season tires that will fit, best prices? Best quality?

I have a Ford Ranger 2003 4WD, 20" rims.
I can get a package, with some "high preformance tires" -- Kumho Ecsta Asx , Nitto Nt420s, Yokohama Parada Spec-X, Toyo Proxes 4, Toyo Proxes S/T.
If I get the package with one of these brands of tires, it'll be anywhere from $2200-$3000
I'm not familiar with these brands and I don't feel like I'd be getting a good deal, since all four rims cost $1800 or so.
I need cheaper tires, better quality, not so much specialized for high preformance vheicles.
I need tires that will match, and a brand I can count on.

take a look at tirerack.com pick your tire and price then have the shipped to a local tire shop to have them installed. now check with your dealer when you find the right tire and see if they will match the price and mount and balance for free.
