im building a 3 wheeled go kart.... will a bicycle engine 80cc do it?

Im trying to build a 3 wheeled go kart... and uhmmm.... i was wondering if a 80cc bicycle engine kit will have enough power. It has bout 3 hp avg and 5-6 hp maxed. Im thinking the go kart with me on it will weigh bout 210-235 ish? thank you..if you answer...
