Yeah, nerves can be easily irritated. I see stars when that nerve in my lower back is disturbed. I was screaming in pain during the last epidural. I asked my PM once if I could "exercise" my leg pain away (caused by the nerves in my spine).....in other worRAB, keep on pushing and stretching it....he said no, it's not muscle pain and exercising it won't make it stronger, it'll only inflame it. Both he and my orthopedic surgeon told me to stay as active as possible, but don't do anything that CAUSES pain.

Thanks Reach and Derlinda. Yes, going through the withdrawals once was enough for me to say, "I don't want to do that ever again."

hi denon,
i hope you slept last night and woke up a bit better. your new med is going to help and if it does not, you wil not use it. your a strong man and you make great healthy choices. thats what i think anyway!!!!

GREAT JOB D!!!

I agree with the others! What you have been able to do is VERY impressive! Really!

I hope your pain is under control now and stays that way!

You keep us posted!

i have to agree with reach! your a example on how to do it right when we have to use meRAB. thanks d!

Thanks, Derlinda for checking up. I had the spinal epidural yesterday and I had a massive headache last night and it is partially lingering on this morning. I took an arabien and tried to sleep through it. The new pain med is suppose to be ready today. I'll see how that goes later on tonight. I'm still going to be judicious and take it only when I'm in pain, other than taking pills on a regular basis.
