I'm applying for National honor society! what's considered an accomplishment?

Okay, so in order to be part of the NHS, i have to apply for it.

what is considered an 'accomplishment' ? so i know exactly what to put in my application.

is it awards? clubs? if so...which ones are the most impressive? I still have a month to join clubs etc. last minute.
