Give them an honest answer. If you say something like "my greatest weakness is that I am a workaholic" they are going to think you're a liar and brown noser. Tell them a real weakness you have, whether it's a short temper, or sometimes being late, or occasionally letting a cuss word slip, just pick one that isn't "too" bad, and be honest.

It would be "biggest weakness" and honestly, I think I might say "I tend to trust people too much" --
(which is true) but it also tells them that you are open to people right away, ya know?
I HATE these questions. It's like you have to fight to psych them back out again which is so stupid -- interviewing has turned into a game anymore.
I've had the WORST questions asked that I was totally unprepared for and I'm almost 50 years young!!! It's like they come up with more and more stuff to trip you up.

Greatest Weakness: My greatest weakness is being a profectionist. If you want to call it a weakness. I love to do a good job and be perfect in what I do, but I know when you add human factor in anything, you can have mistakes.
