I'm an epic fail on wow... Help mee?

So I just turned level 84, And I'm so confused D: I don't know what else to do now... My armor isn't really that bad but like, I've never did a raid before... I Don't even know what they are. And are the 'Boots of sullen rock' [I think there called] For pvp? And how do I start the quest chain in Twilight Highlands AND HOW DO I GET THERE???
 
Twilight Highlands is found in northeastern Khaz Modan, east of Wetlands. It is the location of ancient dwarven fortress, Grim Batol, and also houses a majority of Twilight's Hammer clan settlements, working with Deathwing and his black dragonflight. There will be boats here for both the Alliance and Horde and a small red dragonflight presence. The story of the twilight dragonflight will also unfold in this zone.
