...can or cannot eat? When I was growing up they would always make me eat meals with balanced nutrition, which was a good thing of course. But now when I say I'm going to make something, like Top Ramen, they say it's not enough to eat and that I need to add something else for protein, etc. They won't let me eat what I want to make unless I add something else, or else I have to go out and buy something. I know they mean well and want me to be healthy, but doesn't this seem a little too controlling for someone my age?
