Im always stressed out but I run everyday and eat healthy.Can I lose weight instead of

gaining while stressed? Just like everybody else, I have problems and I cant help but stress over them. Im 22 years old and I work for a police station. I often stress about big issues in my life that I know wont go away.

Is it true that stress causes major weight gain? If so, How can I fight it so that I can actually lose weight instead of gain? Is that possible?

I run a mile everyday and eat 5 small meals to try and boost my metabolism. But im not losing any weight. What should I do?
