I read the book Touching Spirit Bear, and I'm at the part where he gets mauled by the bear and the seagulls start eating him alive, he has to eat his own vomit, etc. It's VERY descriptive, how the seagulls rip strips of flesh off his wounded chest and he forces chunks of vomit down his throat. I'm all grossed out now!!!!! Whatever I do, it's all I can think about what can I do to forget about it?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
