and i got a speeding ticket? in Dinwiddie, VA the other day for going 89mph in a 70mph zone. When the trooper pulled me over, he told me that he had pulled me over for speeding but when i got the ticket it said reckless driving. From what i've read, reckless driving is a serious offense. I'm going to plead not guilty in hopes that i can get it reduced to a lesser offense. I guess i have a few questions; does anyone think i need to hire an attorney to do so? is the reckless driving really a serious offense? if i get it lowered to a less offense will it impact my insurance?
I'm a pennsylvania resident with a PA drivers license and my car registered in PA
