I'm a little about college lifestyle?

I'm a freshmen and I'm on the ultimate team. The guys on the team all drink and party hard on a regular basis. They talk about sex like it's a daily lifestyle. Is this typical?

I'm kind of worried about this friend of mine. She's at a different college, and she's the smart sort of girl, like me. She doesn't have fb so I can't keep in touch with her. I really --- Really hope that she'll stay away from bad guys at her school like the ones on my frisbee team.

So I guess my question is that is it typical for college students to remain good and find good friends. Or will they get carried away by going to parties and ... change?
she's at Stanford. if that changes the circumstances. Large schools - like the one I'm at - have a lot more party dogs. FYI
 
I have found out that a lot of partying goes on at integrated colleges.

I haven't noticed a lot of that at HBCU's.

But to answer your question:

YES, you can definitely remain good at college.

You don't have to join the crowd if you don't want to.
