I have a great, amazing roommate, but I have lied to her numerous of times to protect our friendship.
Reason? I have lost so many people that initally said they were okay with me being gay. Then, I would not see them anymore, and I would lose the best friend relationship. So, when I got this new roommate, I decided I will act straight and deny any acquiation of my lesbian life. Soon, I learned that it did not just require SAYING I was not gay, but I had to PROVE I was not gay. I just feel so disgusting, and I feel stuck. I cherish my roommates and mine friendship soooo much. Does anyone have ANY advice?
