so when i first started i felt comfortable and got along with everyone. but lately a few of them individually have been telling me that im beautiful, id be the perfect girlfriend and sexual comments(not in a gross way though...kind of playful jest). this wouldn't really matter because i could just brush it aside a playful cheek, but i've started getting uncomfortable because when i walk into the main office lately they all kinda stare, and when im having a conversation wit one person the guys around stop what they are doing a listen in. i just don't like the feeling like im on display, and also that they discuss me behind my back(do u think they do?). my question is how do i get this behaviour to stop without making a big formal complaint about it(or having to bring it up with them as this would be so awkward and they would probably think im being dumb)(they aren't bad guys). i don't dress provocatively or flirt or anything. also i feel like they take me less seriously as a colleague lately ( im not sure if this is the cause of the problem or the result of it...but it really bugs me
re arlenes answer: do guys really do that, make bets about getting a girl? i thought that was just movies. dont think thats it though, they are kinda descent, just cheeky st*ts
 
Don't smile or laugh when they tell you you're beautiful or when they make suggestive comments. Guys will think you like what they're saying as long as you're smiling at them or what they're saying (I'm surprised at how many women don't know that). Most of them will probably lose interest. I would say don't wear deodorant but that's a bit extreme.
 
it is difficult, but all you need to do is be yourself, you are the only one who is a soft, attractive and up for grabs they may think.
so u have a choice to choose one of them or make it clear that you there for work you may leave see what their reaction will be like! wear clothes suitable for work as men love women who wear short skirts for work it is a free launch .

i think you should take advantage of the situation.
maybe flirt about a lil bit and then you will find that you can controll all of them with ur lil finger
 
Don't do anything provocative. I'm sure there is a bet going about who can get you in the sack. Dress down. A little ugly never hurt in a situation like this. If they don't know about your personal situation, buy a cz engagement ring and wear it. Mention your "fiance" from time to time.
