okey do u get fat if u drink milk
what dose nonfat milk mean i mean do u get fat from it
srry for my stupid questions im just blonde

The fact that you're blonde has nothing to do with the question, there was no point in bringing it up. And milk has fat in it, you can drink some, but it's not the best beverage to have, water is the best for your health as long as you don't consume too much.

Ok, I'm blonde, too, but some things everyone just automatically knows. (P.S. You spelled "okay" wrong.)
Nonfat/Skim milk: When the cows give the milk, a layer of fat rises to the top of the container. If the fat is scraped of the top, it has no fat, hence "nonfat", and I'm pretty sure it's also skim milk. Someone can double check me on that.
1% and 2% milk means that 1 or 2% of the milk is fat. Check on the nutrition label for the amount of grams of fat.
Drinking milk doesn't make you fat, it makes your bones stronger. Got milk?

According to wisegeek.com, 8 ounces of whole milk has 150 calories, and approximately 8.5 grams of fat. Nonfat or skim milk has .4 grams of fat and contains 86 calories per serving.
Your question could be interpreted two ways:

1) Will drinking nonfat milk make me fat?
In this case, fat is a relative term, but you gain weight when you take in more calories than you burn up. The excess calories are stored as fat. If you eat sensibly and exercise, you should not get fat.

2) Does nonfat milk have any fat in it?
The amount of fat in nonfat/skim milk is very small compared to regular milk, but it still has some fat in it. If you have digestive issues with milk fat, you would be better of drinking rice milk or soy milk.
