In the EPG for Film Four - Apocalypse Now, Harrison Ford was given a credit. In the film was he only in one scene and then very briefly - blink and you'd miss!

It got me wondering what other films has a star had a minor role only to be given a credit when they've made it big? ;)
 
When Bridget Jones's Diary was released, Renee Zellweger said she could tell which interviewers had actually watched her films. I can't remember the name of the film she quoted (poss. Empire RecorRAB) but she said she lost count of the number of interviewers who told her she was great in the movie. She was in it for 30 seconRAB, without any lines.

There's also the bad porn films which gained notoriety after the stars became famous - Italian Stallion with Sylvester Stallone, and that one with Kevin Costner.

Thats terrible. Even Redux didn't give him a high billed credit.

Great film. Shame on FilmFour. If he never had an original credit he shouldn't have one now (high on the billing anyway)

He wasn't a blink and you'll miss it man in the film, he had rather an important role in the film actually,

It was filmed before Star Wars, thats why he was in it anyway !! :)
