because of it. Ideas on getting new job? I have blood pressure problems and when it skyrocketed last month, I was admitted into the hospital and then, upon dishcarge, was told I had to take a week off work. This comes after having heart issues in March where I had an arteriogram and took time off then as well.
I understand they need someone to be there. But I had little choice. They told me they were "letting me go for my health".
Now I'm having trouble finding a job. I was in the healthcare field (front office). Any suggestions?
 
If you live in the US, call either the Dept. of Labor for your state or the Attorney General's office in your state. This is illegal. You could sue to get back pay and your job back.

My state is very aggressive in protecting employee rights.
