the skin of my penis? Its near the end, but you cant see it unless I have a erection which can be a little weird... I have no clue how long its been there probably for years I didn't really think anything of it until I started having pains urinating(doesn't happen often though) The bump has not grown in size its fairly small but a black bump on your penis no matter how big it is should always be concerning, well to me anyways...So please help me if you can
