E Emilymizu New member May 5, 2010 #1 ...to tone up? i want to lose around 7lbs (im 5'7 125lbs) and be toned but not gain muscle mass im also pretty beginner to this stuff... what should i do to utilize my gym time best? how long cardio how many crunches ect???
