I am 5'8" and have a 2006 Honda Rebel. The footpegs are close to me and that makes my knees go out to the side. At 6'2" you are 6 inches taller than me. So, no the rebel would not fit you at all. I have ridden the Suzuki GZ250 and it fits me perfectly. Would probably still be a little small for you. The Suzuki TU250 Has a seat height of 30 inches. At a stop I am tippy toed. This is the bike for you if you are looking for a 250.
 
i think a rebel is gonna be too small for you. Look at the ninja 250r. i don't know if you're into sportsbikes or not but its not a cramped bike at all. my wife is 5'10'' and she fits fine. I'm 6' and I fit comfortably on it.
 
uhm f8ck no. those bikes accelerate 0-60 in 12 seconds as they are. I am 6"1 and I remember we used them in my training class. They suck and they are slow. I believe they top out at 55mph. At the very LEAST get a 600 or 750 KATANA otherwise you might as well get a scooter.
 
Never mind how you look. Physically, it will be uncomfortable for you. I am 6'3" and rode a Rebel when I first took the MSF course. It was ridiculous. The handlebar ends were hitting my knees. There's just not enough space for a tall person.
