very early in my pregnancy around maybe like 1 or 2 months maybe 3 my doctor prescribed me Omega-3 fish oil he said it helps the baby's brain development. he also said to take two of them to equal up to the right amount. i havent taken them in a while because im scared to take two of them at once, is that a bad thing. and i also need to take my prenatals and my iron pills. ANY HELP?

you should have been taking your prenatal pills all along, and folic acid. Did your doctor tell you it was okay to not take the prenatal?

Just take them as your doctor perscribed. It will not hurt the baby if he gave them to you. Sometimes taking a lot of vitimans at once can make you feel whoozy so I'd space them out throughout the day and take each with a light snack or meal.

Yes continue to take them, your doctor hasn't said to stop right? I have a prescription prenatal vitamin called Foltabs and it has a regular prenatal and a DHA supplement (the Omega-3 fish oil) for each daily dose.
