im 5'4 whats should my road bike frame size be?

i'm 5'4 for and might grow a little bit more cuz im 15 and a half. but tihngs arent looking up xD what shud my frame and wheel size be for a road bike? its okay if its a lil off becuz im not a serious rider, just want to get around to places u kno? ;D
and no, pls dont mention getting a mountain bike, not interested
 
You should visit the local bike shop and get fitted. You don;t want a bike that is the wrong size. Frame size goes more by inseam size then height.
