I'm 5'0" and 98 pounds. Any suggestions on what a good bike for me would be?

I ride with my dad but it is getting a little old riding in the passenger seat all of the time. He rides with the Guard Dogs and they all have cruisers.
 
Check out the Suzuki Boulevard S40. It would be the perfect size for you, and it has enough power to keep you from being left behind if you ride with your dad.

Have you taken the MSF safety course? I strongly reccommend it. I'm sure your dad taught you a lot, but the class is very comprehensive and teach you all the basic skills needed to get going.
 
I would suggest a Honda Rebel or something similar. With your small frame and light weight, a 250 will move you pretty good. You MIGHT be able to hold up a Ninja 250R or 500.
