pains for well over 2 yrs but nothing? real serious up until about 3 months ago, my lower back started hurting really bad and i was home on r and r i rode my four wheeler every day but i wasn't doing anything out of the ordinary. when i returned to my place of duty a few days went by and we had an AP-FT. during the sit up portion i was in a lot of pain and my back locked up on me and i had to be picked up by fellow soldiers and brought to my feet. i was forced to go t the tmc after the run and the end of our pt test. i got x-rayed and the Doctor said i had arthritis in my lower back and gave me a 7 day profile and meds i wasn't aloud to lift anything but i still did any way because there was work to be done and i felt i should help so i did. regardless the meds the doctor gave me did not help one bit and my back still bothers me more and more each day. im worried that they will want to med bored me and give me a discharge, and im unsure what to do about the problem
 
Look, your back won't get well if you continue to abuse it. Ask anyone who's had a bad back or a back injury. But, I would try to see a
chiropractor, if you can.
