im 21 and deciding to go to college now...i need some guidance please?

Im not looking forward to going to college for more than 4 years..i know sounds a lil impossible but anyways...ive always wanted to be a psychologist, something with children, or in medical field ...im not looking for something big like a doctor, lawyer or so on ...i want something little i dont know how else to explain it? o if anyone can tell me what webites i can check out or what schools and what career options honestly...im looking for local colleges in nyc ..please help..thank you <3
