I'm 19 years old and I have quite a few issues... First and probably most important, is my high blood pressure. Last time my doc checked, it was something like 187/91 (not sure about that bottom number)
She thinks it might be something to do with my kidneys, because HBP isn't common in someone my age.
Second is the chest pains. I don't get heartburn, so thats not it. It feels like there pressure rigth in the middle of my chest, behind the chest plate. I think this could be linked with the HBP. I've also had a couple of panic attacks, but not recently.
And last and probably least important, is the aches I get in my back and sides. I think this might be because of my bed being rather uncomfortable. And the chair that I sit in most of the day at my computer isn't pretty rough to sit in as well. (crappy spinning chair I payed 10 bucks for at Walmart)
My question is, could ALL of these be linked? I read that HBP can lead to circulatory problems, causing stiffness, numbness, and aches in certain parts of the body, and cause damage to the heart from over-working it.
Should I be worried?
The doc gave me vicodin for the pain and reffered me to a kidney/hypertension specialiast but they've been booked and haven't been able to get me in.
