Im 18 and have alot of health problems?

Hi my name is Dylan im 18 years old and i suffer from

Supraventricular Tachycardia
Bradycardia
Hypotension
Pluericy
Atrial Fibrillation

Im constantly worried about having a MI (Myocardial infarction)
Or heart attack i constantly get pain from my left side because of my pluretic Pain Pluericy been a lung related disease where the lining part of my lungs rub together to cause a pain i get chest infection every week and the doctor said pnuemonia is possible. I am currently On Atenolol (Beta-Blockers For My SVT I am still worried to this day about getting a myocardial infarction... are there any tips to help prevent me going to the ER everytime this happens thanks
 
if a person have a lot of tension and health problem, it will shown on their faces which can cause affect to their skin it can causes acne diseases.
