I'm 17 and my boyfriend is 19..we had sex and my parents want to press charges....

...can they when im 18? after im 18 can they still press charges on him? and they dont have evidence unless myspace messenger is evidence.
 
It depends on where you live. I live in Ohio and the age of consent is 16. Look up legal age of consent and the laws are listed there by state and country.
 
when you're 18 your parents can't pres charges against him as in you are technically (by law) an adult. but since you're still 17 your parents can since you're technically still a minor.
