...creatine, whey protein a good idea? hi im 16, i been going to the gym for about 3-4 times per week with my friend, im 5,9" and started doing weights, i kind of want to bulk up so i was wondering whether whey protein, creatine etc would help? and im nine and a half stone what measurements would i need? thanks :)
 
yes.i actuly used both of these for football and went from 185 to 225 in benching,285 to 315 in sqauting,and 185 to 205 in power clean in 5 weeks
