Just turned 16,
Im quite short for my age but thats due to genes and all that complicated stuff.
I do karate which i have been doing for 10 years and ive got a gym in my house with a running rowing bike machine bench press and one of those machines you can do pull ups on and dips on not sure what it is called.
Im looking to build muscle but not get skinny could anyone help me out on these few questions:
1. What food should i be eating
2. Should i be doing cardio or weights?
3. My lower abdominal muscles arent as good as my top abdominal muscles what should i be doing for them?
4. Any favoured routines?
