I'm 16 and need a few small exercises to help get rid of flub? (lol)?

I am currently going through my GCSE exams, after school I come home and I'm too tired to even bother with running around and stuff. So I take a nap sometimes when i get home and then after i have to get right into revision for my final exams! It seems the days a whizzing by and I just don't have enough time to do other things outside school. For the summer I'd really like to get rid of inner thigh flub and and lower tummy.. everywhere else I am fine that just seems to be the place I carry it. I'm quite conscious about my tummy and legs. Id love to be more confident!
