I'm 16 years old 5'4 and 135 pounds. I need ideas go get down to a weight of 120. I'm on my high schools swimming team but it only replaces fat with muscles, I also am a horse rider and a marching band person. my only problem areas are my stomach and a little bit of my legs. I eat ok. if I stick with a 1000 calorie diet will it help me loose weight? and what exercises can I do that doesn't involve going to a gym?
