I'm 15, new to film making and i made this.... (probs rubbish but look anywho)

I love the stories and the characters; the bit with the glass eye was hilarious.
The animation and sound could do with a little polishing.
You clearly have talent and I look forward to seeing the new episodes.

Yeah, the animation quality kind of lessened when i exported it, plus i do it all by hand so it's a lil' rough around the edges. And as for the sound - well, i'm crap with that sort of technology lol

The next episode suffers a bit in animation quality, i had to re-record all the lines cos the quality was fuzzy, but after that it's alright.
 
Ok, but then you need to convert it, subvert it, turn it into something else, something new. Nobody wants to watch something they've seen a million times before (unless it;'s really really special), particularly if it has absolutely no humourous commentary on the sexism it presnets (HINT). You need to find someone who is genuinely funny and try animating their stuff?

*edit* sorry, don;t mean to sound really nasty but you did ask. Content, man, there's nothing without it,.
 
I'd just like to remind you that on saturday, to compete with BandP, my mate is putting his animation onto the internet that he's made. I've seen it and it's really good, and i'm in it :D
 
Just watched it and I think it's impressive for someone so young :). There were some nice little touches like the Alan Partridge football commentary and the ER theme tune on the TV when Pat is unwell.
 
OMG that advice was so good. I'll try really hard to do that for the christmas special.

It didn't sound mean at all, that was some of the best constructive critisism i've ever been given.
 
Excellent stuff, loaRAB of effort went into that.

Though Gary Numan's changed his name to Garry Newman and looks suspiciously like Dr. Isaac Kleiner.

Still brilliant! I'm no expert on animation but I loved the humour and found it really moving too. Since I watched the whole thing and I have the attention span of a gnat that must mean something!

I guess you are seriously considering this as a profession?
 
Thanks. Glad you appreciated the references. Did you spot petunia from the Joe and Petuinia adverts that have recently been re-mastered? :D

The christmas ep will be on by dinner time tomorrow. The episodes that follow are a lot better though cos' i finally know what sort of show BandP is, and it's finally found its feet. I get a bit more adventurous in the series as it goes on, and i have more information regarding episodes four and five, they're a two part episode, and it features one of the characters having a major accident, and the next ep is how the other character copes with this.

Episode five doesn't have a title yet, but it should have one next week :)
