I'm 15 and I want to get ripped fast. What exactly and how much should I eat?

dedication is not the problem i weigh 135 and i swim then do weights at home but as far as food goes im not sure how much or what to eat. I'm trying 5 small meals a day but what should those meals be and how much of each meal? I'm not trying to build severe muscle i'm just trying to get lean muscle.
